We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund any outstanding balance if the item being exchanged is of lesser value than the originally-purchased item. The customer will be billed for the cost of shipping. 

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund or fulfill a new order upon receipt of a photograph of the damaged item. If you choose fulfillment of a new order, we will cover the cost of shipping.

We ship from Charlotte, North Carolina.

We ship with USPS (yay, postal service!) Shipping rates are determined by the USPS Calculated Rate.

Domestic shipping covers the United States. We also offer international shipping.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address. If an order is returned due to an error in the entered address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and as that you re-submit your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock, excluding weekends and holidays.
